Need To Put In More Gym Time

Today was a good workout - which I did this afternoon. This is one of the rare times I go to the gym this early.

But with rather flexible work timing and uncompormising evenings (usually for meetings), this was the best time.

It has been nearly 10 days or so without the gym and I felt the guilt. And true enough, the weighing scale didn't move - still the same. Had I gone to the gym, I think it would be reduced (but I'm lucky it didn't gained too!).

Anyway, I'm glad to have made the choice to go to the gym.

Now I need to do is to put in more gym time throughout the week. Discipline and objective of losing weight in mind will help - though it sure is tough.

any recommendation for work out routines? :). need the lose the 20 kgs i gained for the past 2 years :P

im no expert here. but ive been getting advise to exercise frequent - like jogging 10-20 mins every 2-3 days. that is better than a 1 hour gym workout.

i can vouch for that as one of my friends just lost weight by that :)

of course, the others include eating less carbo (start by 20% less). btw, if you are starting, let me know... let's encourage and inspire each other! :)
