I went to the gym 2 days ago, and I couldn't believe the scale - it showed a kilo down, now to 85.3kg!
Honestly, I knew I've been eating a lil less prior, but to lose 1 kg within a week was a bit unbelievable.
But then, even friends are saying I've lost weight which is good.
However, the past 2 days of stress made me really eat a lot - the sudden hunger. I just hope it doesn't spoil the celebrations!

It's A Swim
Today is a Sunday and I couldn't bring myself to the gym. But I know that I have to build up the momentum again.
So, I did the next best thing - going for a swim.
I've always liked swimming and it makes me feel recharged.
And though, I know that swimming don't really burn as much fat as running the treadmill, but still, it keeps me fit :)

0.5kg up
Good news & bad news - first, the bad news. As expected, there's an increase in weight after the trip.
The 'good news' is that the weight increase is much less than expected - at 0.5kg compared to what I had envision 2kg!
Actually I'm surprised as when I got back - many were saying I lost weight (which I didn't believe either), but also, the pants felt loose (now - I wonder how come).
Well, now that 'judgement' is out, the next step and first target - to lose this extra 0.5kg. Hopefully soon!

Judgement Day
It's 5 days back from trip, and I'm well rested. And am now ready to hit back to the gym.
And I know today will be the judgement day to see if I've put on, or lost weight during the trip.

Looking Forward To Gym Again
I've never really been more eager to go back because I want to continue my lose weight program. It's one of the things on my mind.
But before I go back, I must get prepared with the 'gained weight in this trip' questions. That I'm sure is coming!
But even when back, there is the adjustment period, which may take a few days (jet lag, catching up with work). Usually I'll need a short rest after a holiday, and hope it will be fast enough so that I can start the gym again sometime this week.
