Today is a Sunday and I couldn't bring myself to the gym. But I know that I have to build up the momentum again.
So, I did the next best thing - going for a swim.
I've always liked swimming and it makes me feel recharged.
And though, I know that swimming don't really burn as much fat as running the treadmill, but still, it keeps me fit :)

I wish I know how to swim! It's a good all round exercise with little impact or risk of injuries.
hi foongpc, can make that your resolution. u can get a coach to help you do the basics - i find this good,as you'll learn the proper techniques, although learning on yr own is also possible :)
