Gym & Swim During CNY

The CNY has made the gym in my hometown to close for the whole week. So there was no gym. And to make matters 'worse', I've been having goodies all week long! (how not to?).

Then once again, the guilt sinks in... so on Sunday, I planned to go to the gym, but the timing was different from what they stated. As I really wanted to go for an exercise, I did the next best thing - a swim.

And swim I did - which made me very tired in the night. I'm not sure if it's because I swam non stop or is it because of the 1.5 week break of non exercise.

Then today I went to the gym (had to go before 5pm, as the gym closes at this odd hour during CNY). The treadmill run felt surprisingly quite ok. And felt good going to the gym.

However, I have a concern... that is the hols, travels and now work (outstation) kinda interrupts the gym sessions and this diet program.

For now, the solution is to not give up and put in as much gym time possible. Let's hope it works :)
