Men's Health & Gym

Some updates:
I tried the dragon boat race - which was one of the events in the Men's Health - Are You Men's Health Competition.

That plus learning the muay thai a few weeks back has been great experience.

Anyway, back in Malacca, I've hit the gym quite regularly (every 2 days). Feels good.

But the funny thing, I've put on weight! I guess it's the good Malacca food. Can't believe that in China & KK there's not weight gain... but here, I've put up 1 kg. In fact, I'm surprised as I don't think I'm eating that much.

This is clearly not good for my mission to lose weight :( (now at 86.5kg).

The journey continues... at least I can say the rythm for the gym is there. I hope to keep that up :)

Hi Quachee! long time didn't come here! But then you also long time didn't update! haha!

How's the men's health competition getting on? Is it over? Didn't blog about it? : )
