Trips And Men's Health

Good news - the KK & Kuching trip, I didn't put on weight despite the good food! Wow! That is such pleasant surprise!

And now that I'm back, however after 1 week of gym, I'm feeling the exhaustion of work + exercise. Hence, the mix of swim.. but even that gets tiring. Maybe its work.

But I know I can't give up.... especially with this new challenge - now that I'm in the Are You Men's Health Enough!

Honestly, with all the fitness levels I'll be going through, I need to hit the gym more!

I just hope this can be a good motivation... and in a way, keep me in shape! haha :)

Hi Quachee! Long time didn't drop by here. Haha! You didn't seem to put on weight in both your China and KK trip. I think maybe because during travel, you tend to walk more so even though you may have eaten more food, probably they were burnt off easily by all those walking and traveling!

Are you going to blog about your fitness challenges in the "Are You Men's HEalth Enough"? Would love to hear more about that.
