Men's Health & Gym

Some updates:
I tried the dragon boat race - which was one of the events in the Men's Health - Are You Men's Health Competition.

That plus learning the muay thai a few weeks back has been great experience.

Anyway, back in Malacca, I've hit the gym quite regularly (every 2 days). Feels good.

But the funny thing, I've put on weight! I guess it's the good Malacca food. Can't believe that in China & KK there's not weight gain... but here, I've put up 1 kg. In fact, I'm surprised as I don't think I'm eating that much.

This is clearly not good for my mission to lose weight :( (now at 86.5kg).

The journey continues... at least I can say the rythm for the gym is there. I hope to keep that up :)

Trips And Men's Health

Good news - the KK & Kuching trip, I didn't put on weight despite the good food! Wow! That is such pleasant surprise!

And now that I'm back, however after 1 week of gym, I'm feeling the exhaustion of work + exercise. Hence, the mix of swim.. but even that gets tiring. Maybe its work.

But I know I can't give up.... especially with this new challenge - now that I'm in the Are You Men's Health Enough!

Honestly, with all the fitness levels I'll be going through, I need to hit the gym more!

I just hope this can be a good motivation... and in a way, keep me in shape! haha :)
